1. Information We Collect

To provide a stable listening and community experience, PsyBrazil processes limited information needed for core functionality:

• Account and forum data: username or account identifier, role/access level, favorites, ratings, forum content and security records needed to provide member features.
• Session data: authentication cookies and server session values that keep the forum, QR authorization and protected download inbox working. Passwords are not placed in QR codes or download URLs.
• Streaming and diagnostics: IP address, request time, station, listener/session information, browser or app user-agent and technical error logs.
• QR camera: the Android camera is accessed only after the user chooses “Scan QR authorization”. QR contents are checked for an allowed PsyBrazil URL; camera frames are not uploaded as a photo library.
• Local downloads: files authorized by the account may be saved on the device. The app does not scan unrelated files on the device.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used to operate and protect the PsyBrazil service. We use it to:

• authenticate forum members and enforce public, member, VIP, moderator and administrator permissions;
• keep streaming stations, listener counters, news and the forum available;
• process favorites, ratings, QR authorization and temporary protected downloads;
• detect abuse, failed requests, corrupted jobs and service outages;
• measure app-open and feature events for reliability and product improvement.

3. Third-Party Services and Advertising

• Firebase Analytics: the Android app may send limited event and diagnostic information such as app open, QR scan start and playback actions. This is used for service measurement, not advertising.
• Google Play: Google distributes the app and may process information under Google Play’s own terms and privacy documentation.
• Streaming and hosting: requests pass through the PsyBrazil web, database and streaming infrastructure needed to deliver the selected page, stream or authorized file.
• No advertising ID: the current PsyBrazil app has no AdMob or advertising feature and does not use the Android Advertising ID for profiling or personalized ads.

We do not sell personal information and do not use the app to build an advertising profile.

4. Cookies and Saved Sessions

The website and Android WebView can use first-party cookies or server sessions to remember a successful forum login, preserve navigation and authorize a protected QR request. Clearing app data, logging out or clearing browser cookies can end that session. The app does not put session cookies into a QR payload.

5. Security and Access Control

PsyBrazil uses HTTPS routes where available, same-origin authentication endpoints, role checks and short-lived authorization records for protected downloads. Access to administrator and owner functions is restricted by the forum account role. No online service can promise absolute security, so users should keep passwords private and report suspicious activity promptly.

6. Retention and Deletion

Account, forum, favorites, ratings and security records are retained while needed to provide the member service, enforce access and resolve disputes. Operational streaming and diagnostic logs may be rotated or aggregated. Authorized download files are stored locally on the user’s device and can be removed there by the user.

To request account or personal-data deletion, contact the administrator using the address below and include the account username. Do not send a password or private QR secret.

7. User Choices and Rights

• You can choose whether to log in, use the QR scanner, enable notifications or download an authorized file.
• You can log out and clear app/WebView data to remove the local saved session.
• You can request access, correction or deletion of account information, subject to security verification and legal retention requirements.
• You can withdraw optional analytics permission or uninstall the app. Core forum and streaming access may still require server-side session information.

Changes to This Notice
